Sweet Deals Week Of August 22
Because I’m all about being a super savvy shopper lately, here are some great deals I’ve found around the web this week.

archer farms hot cocoaOkay, this first one isn’t even a deal at all, it’s more of a splurge which probably totally contradicts the point of this post. But if you save money on other things, then you can buy this, that’s what I’m saying. I went to Target this week and picked up some Sea Salt Caramel Hot Cocoa by Archer Farms. OH MY GOSH. I’m not even really into the whole “salted caramel” craze but this stuff is absolutely delicious, especially in coffee. There are a few printable Archer Farms coffee coupons on Target’s website right now and a few for Archer Farms snacks but I am not sure if the hot cocoa is considered a snack. I’ll find out later today when I go stock up on some more and report back.

Snapfish Free PrintsSnapfish has 50 free prints for $5 with free shipping now through August 31. If you click on the Snapfish link through Ebates first, you get 8% cash back, which is a pretty sweet deal. The code for the free prints is 50PRINT4U

Pampers Gifts To GrowI don’t know if you use the free Pampers Gift To Grow points program but if you don’t, you totally should. Right now you get 100 free points for joining. The rewards program is excellent. You just type in your code from diaper/wipe purchases and redeem them for prizes. It’s like the McDonald’s monopoly game only you actually win. I’ve saved up enough points to get a gift card to Diapers.com as well as free prints from Shutterfly. And we cloth diaper, I find most of my codes on the internet. This post from Money Saving Mom has oodles of codes to get your started!

And the best part is that you can donate your points to the Graham’s Foundation, which is so very near and dear to my heart.  For every 10 points you donate, Pampers donates ten cents to The Graham’s Foundation, which supports parents of micro-preemies.

Vera Bradley Simply VioletThis might be mostly for my southern girls but today and Sunday Vera Bradley has 60% off all of their Simply Violet items. People either love or hate Vera Bradley. I love it in and when I got the email I was all SWEET! because they rarely have big sales. And the email didn’t mention it but I see the Call Me Coral is on deep discount too. Vera Bradley diaper bags = the best diaper bags ever. If you use the Vera Bradley link in Ebates first  you’ll get 3% cash back.

Macy's and March Of DimesAnother one that is close to my heart, today only you can purchase a $5 shopping pass from Macy’s to benefit the March of Dimes and it will let you save 25 percent on regular, sale and clearance items — including many brands that are usually excluded, as well as 10 percent on electrics/electronics, watches, furniture, mattresses and rugs. Macy’s is donating the $5 from the pass directly to the March of Dimes.

The Thrifty Mama has a printable coupon for saving 20% off at Kohl’s this weekend, which is a good deal if you have some Kohl’s cash.

The Thrifty Couple has a list of great deals/coupons for restaurants and movie rentals this weekend, as well as a printable coupon for popcorn and soda if you’re planning on going to the movies.

Organic Deals has a list of sales and coupons on organic and gluten-free items, including Annie’s fruit snacks. We’re big fans of Annie’s products in this house.

Ahh, Vera Bradley. I forget it’s nationally known since the company is here where I live. The local hospitals even give mothers a VB baby bag after delivery, instead of those old cheap Enfamil ones they used to have. Every year VB has about 2 huge discount sales at a local sports/concert venue and it is BANANAS. People go just nuts and wait for hours in the lines. I have long been a hater of the whole concept (made me think of the stuff my grandmother used to make me out of her old quilt scraps) but their newer patterns are actually really cute.
