I’m writing this post on behalf of Wendy’s, to tell you about how you can enter their $6,000 sweepstakes.
Wendy’s is promoting the return of their Asiago Ranch and Smoky Honey Mustard Flatbread Grilled Chicken sandwiches with a sweepstakes on Vine and Instagram. (I love instagram) Every week in September they are giving away $6,000! To enter, you just make a Flatbread-themed 6 second(ish) video and upload it to your Vine or Instagram account tagged #6secondsflat
My video is above. It’s…not even that good. One of y’all definitely has a much better shot at winning, I feel sure of it. This was my first time ever attempting making an instagram video on my phone. I didn’t even know that my phone could do that. I just assumed that only iPhone users had the instagram video function. Then someone informed me that probably I needed to upgrade my instagram. And then all of the sudden I totally had video. It’s possible that I might need to listen to my husband when he tells me to pay attention to the upgrade alerts on my phone instead of contstantly hitting ignore. Anyhow, I used the free WeMovie app to make this one.
We don’t eat fast food very often (hence my The Most Interesting Man intro) but we really like the flatbread sandwiches that we tried. We got one of each and split them in half and then I promptly forgot which was which. So actually, this is probably the worst sponsored post anyone has ever written for Wendy’s, ever. But I can tell you that we both agreed that the one with bacon was the best. Partially because liked the sauce better and partially because bacon makes anything better. Everything should have bacon on it, basically. Also, I really liked the flatbread over a bun.
Tell Wendy’s what you think about their flatbreads in a Vine or Instagram video then send it @Wendys (through twitter, Instagram or Vine) with the #6SecondsFlat tag. Each week of September, one lucky winner will be randomly selected to receive a $6000 prize! Seriously, 6 seconds is basically the easiest way to win $6,000 ever.
(P.S. Okay, I just went and looked it up. The Asiago Ranch is the one with bacon and the one we both liked the best. Thanks, Google.)
Thanks to Wendy’s for sponsoring this post!
