Listen, I am one of those people that hesitates every single time I go to the gas station. I consistently have to stop and think about what side of the car my gas tank is on and sometimes I still get it wrong. This is ridiculous as I have owned the same car since I was seventeen years old.
A few weeks ago my friend Natalie was in the car with me when I stopped for gas and I paused for a minute as I pulled up to the pumps. That’s when Nat told me that the little arrow above your fuel gauge?
IT TELLS YOU WHAT SIDE OF THE CAR YOUR GAS TANK IS ON.
Did you know about this? I did not know this! I legit thought that it was pointing towards the “F” for full, like, maybe people didn’t understand how the direction of the little bars worked.
This has totally changed my life. Now when I need to stop and get gas I just glance at my dashboard and then pull right up to the pump on the correct side of the car like BOOM. Killed it.
