Do you know what I like about Taylor Swift? I mean, besides the fact that she writes really catchy songs, possesses an ability to rock red lipstick in a way that I have yet to master and has an instagram account that makes me want to be her best friend in a kind of over-protective older sister sort of way?
I admire how confident she is. Like, she is all “Nice to meet you, where you been, I can show you incredible things”
Whereas I would be like “Nice to meet you, I’m surprised that you have approached me, I could show you some average things, maybe.”
And this is why I am not the world’s most famous pop star.
(That’s the only reason. It has nothing to do with my lack of pop star quality skills.)
