Nine months old in our house means Scarlette finally fits into 3 month clothing and her Bumbo seat. It means eleven pounds, twelve ounces. It means growth spurts and hair to brush.
It means she can eat 1/2 of a tablespoon of rice cereal every other day. It means she can roll from back to front and front to back. It means she can scoot backwards across the floor by just using her legs.
It means sun hats and inflatable swimming pools, neighborhood strolls at dusk and lots (lots!) of naps with mommy.
It means love.
