- Picture number two? Pinterest fail. I was trying to make Scarlette some sensory bottles with glitter in them. On Pinterest they look like magical fairy sparkles. In my house, they look like half-drunk bottles of Coca-Cola. I am unclear as to how I managed to mess up “put glitter and water in a bottle.” Help.
- I joined Clickin’ Moms last week and I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner, like two years ago when my friend Courtney was encouraging me to. I don’t want to be a professional photographer but I do want to take some kick arse photos of Scarlette at the local Easter Egg hunt this year (ALMOST OUT OF QUARANTINE!) The tutorials are amazing when it comes learning your camera better.
- Let’s talk about people who text while driving. Listen. Stop doing that. I do not want to die because you had to text Jill something about something about OMG JUSTIN BIEBER! I also do not want to die because you feel it is imperative to tell facebook about how long your drive home is taking you. Whenever I see one of those pop up in my newsfeed, I have to sit on my hands not to comment on their wall about how texting + driving = bad. Have you people NOT seen Glee? And don’t even try to tell me that you’re only texting at red lights because then I’ll just assume you are the reason I missed the turn arrow yesterday. Twice.
- I went to Publix earlier in the week and they had lined up about six brooms standing on their own right inside of the entrance. I really, really love my Publix.
- Warner Bros. sent me a pre-release copy of Happy Feet Two in 3D, plus one to give away to a reader! That is my niece’s favorite movie so I threw a little Happy Feet Two party for her. You can see some pictures + enter the giveaway for your own 3D copy here!
