1) Scarlette is apparently really sad about Prince William getting married. Or about me making her wear that hideous homemade onesie after I couldn't find my transfer paper. Also, I am wearing this shirt that says "Prince William Is A Fox" that I bought from Juicy Couture back when I was single with the maiden name Fox and also had money to spend on things like clothes.
2) I used to have a huge crush on Prince William. It almost rivaled my JTT infatuation. Don't know who JTT is? Then you aren't a real fan. I thought Prince William was just the cutest thing ever and sincerely believed that I would come across him on my trip to London and he would sweep my 16 year old self off my feet. He didn't really grow up to be all that cute. Good thing I dodged that bullet.
3) When I went to London, we went salsa dancing. I got carded, though my much younger girlfriends did not. The doorman insisted my American ID was fake. This has been happening to me my whole life, y'all.
4) I'm really terrible at dancing so I sat and drank tea all night and then promptly peed my pants salsa dress upon our arrival back to our hotel. Another thing that has been happening my whole life? Awkwardness. In case you don't believe me, that was only my second most embarassing moment in high school. The first was the time I accidentally flashed about 1/3 of the student body.
5) I posted all my royal wedding thoughts on twitter at 4am, but in all seriousness I loved watching it. I very much admired Princess Di as a young girl and sincerely hope the Prince and Princess continue to serve as gracious, good role models for a new generation of girls who look to them in this modern day fairy tale.
