Swim diapers get a lot of use around here during the summertime, on account of how Scarlette loves the water. She did not get this from her mama, y’all. So today I have cute pictures + a printable coupon for you in case you’re like us and spend most days at the swimming pool.

We cloth diaper but use disposable swim diapers because Scarlette’s legs are so skinny that I had a hard time finding cloth swim diapers for her this year. Seriously, she’s 30+ months old and still wearing size 9month pants. THOSE ARE SOME SKINNY LEGS, Y’ALL. One of the reasons I agreed to write this article is because the Little Swimmers swim diapers by Huggies are what we use – we tried several brands and like these the best so I’m happy to recommend them. And by “we” I mean my two year old. I do not wear the swim diapers, that would be awkward.
I do, however, stack them nicely in Scarlette’s dresser. That looks like this:
I also recommend only using them in the water because if you run out of diapers and then think to yourself “Self! That is no problem because I have swim diapers! I’ll just put my baby in one of those at bedtime!” Well…you are in for a rude awakening my friend. And lots of laundry. Don’t even ask me how I know this. The good news is that I only had to learn that lesson once.
The extra good news is that since this is a Target coupon, you can stack it with a manufacturer coupon to get an even bigger discount. Also? You can do what I did and pair those two with the 5% off Huggies Little Swimmers discount in the new Target Cartwheel app + a store sale. Have I mentioned that I love saving money, y’all?

One time for Valentine’s Day, Jeff got me a set of baseball card inserts to store all of my coupons in AND IT WAS THE BEST VALENTINE’S DAY GIFT EVER. That is how much I love coupons.
This summer is our first official no-quarantine-rules-to-follow season and so we have been spending a lot of time at our neighborhood pool. Here is what’s in my beach bag in addition to the Little Swimmers swim diapers: towels, snacks, antibacterial wipes, diaper wipes, reusable water bottles, sunscreen, baby sunglasses and beach balls. The beach balls are extremely important, obviously.
This is what it looks like when I shop for swim diapers. It’s basically the same way it looks to every other person who ever sets foot in a Target. Sometimes I share a white hot chocolate with my two year old at Starbucks before we get our shop on, which makes my view even cuter.
And this is what it looks like when we spend the day at the pool, where everyone is really grateful that I put my not-yet-potty-trained-toddler in swim diapers. You are welcome, neighbors. You. Are. Welcome.
(P.S. I scheduled several sponsored posts this week in order to give me some more time with my family over the holiday weekend. Enjoy the discounts and see you next week!)
