Since we were going for our big ultrasound tomorrow, I decided it was time to get around to finally scrapbooking the other ultrasound photos. You can see it here, I just wanted to show you the uncropped version because remember when I posted about how Lucy somehow gets in EVERY picture I take?
I thought it'd be fun to play Guess What This Baby Is.
People kept telling me that I'd just "have a feeling" but I really don't. I've always thought if we were able to get pregnant that the baby would be a boy. On the other hand, whenever I've dreamed about the baby, it's been a girl. Some days I think "Oh, this baby is DEFINITELY a boy." And some days I think "Oh, this baby is DEFINITELY a girl."
We declined all the early tests so mostly I'm just wanting a good, healthy report tomorrow. But if I had to pick one, I think I'd say I'll be more surprised if the baby is a girl. Three of my girlfriends are all due within 6 weeks of me and they are all having boys.
Jeff is certain the baby is a girl. Most of our family agrees with him.
So I thought it'd be fun to see what YOU think I'm having? Here are my Old Wives Tale symptoms (were any right for you?):
Chinese Gender Predictor: Girl
Food: Can't eat chicken, crave orange juice (I know, it's terrible to be allergic right now) sweets, pickles, pretzels and cream cheese.
Hair: Super shiny and thick but not growing fast.
Face: Rounder, flushed cheeks and pregnancy has totally cleared it up.
Heart Rate: It's swung between 140s and 150s
Mood: Super irritable. My poor, sweet husband.
Nausea: Extreme.
Carrying: Low
