I don’t use breath spray, not because I don’t need it but because I am incapable of using it properly. I don’t even know why this is but I seriously can’t seem to manage spritzing it in my mouth without obliterating my tonsils. I inevitably start choking and it basically ends up being a huge, awkward ordeal. Which is awesome since typically the idea of using breath spray is to use it discreetly. Nope, not me.
So I wasn’t actually going to work with hello brand when they asked me about trying out their products and hosting a giveaway because I was all “I don’t do breath spray, y’all.” But one of my girlfriends was over when the email came through on my phone and when I mentioned it she was all “NO! DO IT! I LOVE THE HELLO BREATH SPRAY!” Then I polled my friends and I discovered that apparently I am basically the only person I know who had NOT heard of hello products. I don’t know how this is since I am involved in a very committed relationship with Target and spend much of my time there.
Turns out, I can totally use this breath spray. I was really awed by the fact that I didn’t make an awkward scene, completely with watery eyes but then I read that the reason it doesn’t burn your mouth like other breath sprays is because it doesn’t have any alcohol in it. Which makes me think that MAYBE I AM NOT THE PROBLEM. Maybe all those other breath sprays are the problem. Which makes hello breath spray the best in my book, obviously.
Plus, do those breath sprays look like Wall-E? I think not.
(I was just informed that actually it looks like EVA, Wall-E’s girlfriend. I’m getting too old to keep my Pixar character’s straight.) I can’t actually use the pink grapefruit one on account of how I am allergic to grapefruit (so sad) so that one is going to the friend who was all enthusiastic about it.
I also snagged some toothpaste and mouthwash for myself because lately my husband has been into some sort of earth paste that is literally toothpaste made out of dirt. I am not even kidding. I like a little more fluoride and a little less soil in my toothpaste so I picked up the supermint flavor. 99% natural is good enough for me.
Anyhow, now I am ready for holiday parties and mistletoe kisses and you can be too!
