I wasn't feeling well this weekend and in an attempt to be somewhat productive I decided to clip coupons.
That's how I stumbled upon one of the funniest ad inserts I've ever seen. I had to look it up online so that I could share the photo with you.
Right. Apparently, it's supposed to relieve neck pain. You pump up the inflatable cushion and it lifts your head up for you. I seriously took the bolded lines straight from the ad:
"You'll experience a delightful lifting sensation"
Obviously. I mean, my first thought when I saw that photo was just how delightful that contraption looks.
"Use in your house, at your office, or when you travel"
I've been looking for something that will make people take me more seriously in the workplace. And hello! I think I just found it.
and my absolute favorite…
"Lifts the weight of your head off of your neck and shoulder muscles!"
Because that's what I think when I have neck pain. I think to myself, "Self, if only I didn't have this head sitting on top of my neck. That would totally solve my neck pain problem. Stupid heavy head." This really is suck a great idea. Why lift my own head when I can pay $19.95 for an inflatable swim floaty for my neck to do it for me?
