I've talked before about my husband's penchant for leaving half empty glasses on the bookshelf. He has this ritual where he gets a glass of water before bed and then drinks about 3/4 of it. He then places said glass on the bookshelf and goes to sleep. This is repeated until about 5 or 6 glasses are lined up on the bookshelf.
I don't know why he doesn't use the same glass, or why he doesn't drink all of the water.
I was teasing him about it last night and he did not think it was weird at all. I thought about putting the glasses away myself, but it just made too good of a photo op, what with the glasses all having the exact same level of water and all. I was contemplating whether or not anyone else would find this as humourous as I do when my friend Christie came over.
She walked into the bedroom, looked at the bookshelf and said "What's with all the glasses of water? It looks like a scene out of Signs in here."
I rest my case.
