I just bought a new house, which means I am spending a whole lot of time in Cost Plus World Market on account of how I need to decorate my new house. And Cost Plus World Market’s aesthetic is kind of my jam. Also they carry Clearly Canadian and my favorite chocolate candies so suffice it to say, I’m in the store a lot. And I think that come November first, you will be, too. Because of this:
The Golden Christmas Cracker Treasure Hunt
That’s right. Cost Plus World Market is hosting an in-store treasure hunt just in time for the holiday season. Each day from November 1- 27th, your local store will hide EIGHT Gold Christmas Cracker pieces throughout the store. And if you find a Golden Christmas Cracker Treasure Hunt, you could receive a reward. (You ALSO get a crown, which shows just how much Cost Plus World Market just really GETS me as a PERSON, you know?)
Which is why I partnered with them, because doesn’t this whole event just say KA to you? It does. Especially because it means that I get to help you get free stuff by giving out clues for the treasure hunt. Which is a thing that brings me a lot of joy in life. Find a Golden Christmas Cracker in Store and You Could Receive a $20, $50 or $100 Reward!
How to Play:
Every day beginning Friday, November 1st through Wednesday, November 27th your local Cost Plus World Market store will hide 8 Golden Christmas Crackers pieces throughout the store.
Each day, they will share a daily clue in store, via email, and on their social media channels. Use the clue to help you find a Golden Christmas Cracker piece and you could receive a reward.
Find (1) Golden Christmas Cracker piece and bring it to the nearest store associate to exchange for a reward coupon worth $20, $50 or $100. Reward is valid only on the day it is awarded.
Play in stores November 1 – November 27
(Game 1: Store Opening to 3pm Game 2: 4pm to Store Closing)

What are Christmas crackers?
Christmas Crackers, “Crackers” are decorative party favors to celebrate a variety of festive events. Cost Plus World Market is kind of known for having the largest collection of Christmas Crackers available during the holiday season. Pulling the crackers is a fun and festive holiday tradition, so the Golden Christmas Cracker not only consists of a $20, 50 or $100 reward, but once a winner pops open the Christmas Cracker, they will also receive a paper crown (tissue party hat), a motto (joke or riddle), a snap (friction activated popping device), and a small gift or novelty item.
