I participated in a campaign on behalf of Mom Central Consulting for Zarbee’s Naturals. I received a promotional item and a product sample as a thank you for participating.
We’re big fans of the Zarbee’s brand in our house. We typically rely on warm milk and honey to soothe a cough and supplement that at nighttime using their all natural children’s cough syrup. (I totally made J take their children’s cough syrup last week when he was complaining of a cough. He was all “MAN COLD” and I was all “THIS IS ALL WE HAVE TAKE IT” but it worked.) Our pediatrician recommended the brand to me when I was looking for a dye-free option and I also love that their products are all natural.
Zarbee’s asked if I wanted to try their new Zarbee’s Naturals Seasonal Relief for adults and share a link for y’all to get free samples. Honestly, I don’t struggle during the spring season but I know many of my friends and family do and my husband definitely does so I figured that it would be helpful to have on hand. Puffy eyes and congestion and then a sore throat from said congestion, it happens every year. And this year we’ve noticed that Scarlette is definitely having some problems with seasonal congestion. Unfortunately she’s too young for the Zarbee’s Naturals Seasonal Relief (it’s for ages 12 and up) but my husband was more than happy to try it out.
Here is our seasonal routine: we diffuse a blend of essential oils each morning to help promote respiratory health and we also make an immune boosting smoothie with a big heaping of local honey. We also run a humidifier with a bit of lavender essential oil in Scarlette’s room at night.
And now we’ve added in the Zarbee’s Naturals Seasonal Relief for my husband. It is made with organic Butterbur, which I had never heard of before. I learned that it got it’s name because farmers used to use it’s leaves to wrap up bars of butter. I also learned that it’s well known and used widely in Europe to help combat congestion but just starting to be introduced in the United States. Random only slightly related thought: I really love European architecture.
You can pick it up over the counter at CVS or at my stereo-typically favorite store, Target. You can also click here to sign up for a free product sample to try it out and see if it benefits your family!
